The studios can also be locked off and booked individually. All cottages are single story. Lower level units are on the lower side of the hill and have garden or partial ocean views. | 1) Possible Testing Prior to Travel: All travelers to St. Maarten via Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) are subject to the mandatory entry procedures described on the following site: https://stmaartenehas.com/travel-requirements/ 2) Fill Out Health Declaration Form: 48 hours prior to travel (or immediately after receiving your test result if required), all guests must completely fill out and print the Health Declaration form online at https://stmaartenehas.com/application-form/ You will be required to upload your vaccine record and/or negative test result and purchase the SXM Covid Health insurance. 3) CV19 health insurance: The CV19 insurance policy offered by the SXM government is USD $15 per person 15 years and older. Under 15 is free. This covers all medical and transportation expenses if you contract CV19 while on island.
